The Enrollment Platform Support Specialist position includes a comprehensive benefit package, full training program and competitive salary! This is a work from home remote work opportunity.

Enrollment Platform Support Specialist Overview: The Enrollment Platform Support Specialist will coordinate with IT and the operational teams to deliver technical support and solutions to internal and external clients. This resource will provide reporting, documentation, tracking and work priorities to support the resolution of software issues as needed.

Enrollment Platform Support Specialist Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide Tier 1 Enrollment Platform Support to internal and external clients.
  • Act as a liaison between Enrollment Platform & IT Team.
  • Monitor the internal and external support email boxes and respond in a timely manner.
  • Set up and Maintain Groups, Plans and Eligibility within the Enrollment application.
  • Confirm the incoming, outgoing Eligibility Files are loaded and review any error reports & redirect them accordingly.
  • Schedule any reports within the Enrollment platform to ensure that the client's reporting needs are met.
  • Maintain Enrollment application log in credentials and access information.
  • Perform data audits within the Enrollment platform.
  • Work with Enrollment platform marketing team to keep training materials up to date.
  • Make outbound calls to clients & keep them up to date on system issue fixes and updated.
  • Work with and build lasting relationships with IT, Operations, Product Management, and Client / Customer Services teams within the company.
  • Focus on the highest quality customer satisfaction and timely support.
  • Provide feedback to Enrollment Platform Manager and all key stakeholders on work in progress.
  • Instruct clients in groups or individually, including hands-on training as needed.

Competencies, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities of the Enrollment Platform Support Specialist:

  • Strong ability to maintain/improve Client relations & provide internal as well as external KBA clients with excellent support including but not limited to providing "WOW" Customer service for any Web Application users.
  • Knowledge of Enrollment platforms is a plus.
  • MS Office Applications experience is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and provide timely results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superior customer-centric focus, with proven ability to thoroughly resolve customer inquiries.
  • Strong time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills, delivering results independently and within deadlines.
  • Consistently exercise sound judgment.
  • High level of flexibility and the ability to adapt to the needs of the organization.
  • Demonstrate the ability to independently analyze trends, identify root cause, propose solutions & the ability to work with IT support, specifically when communicating technical information.
