Key Family of Companies is currently seeking a Systems Analyst.  The primary objective of the Systems Analyst position is to administer QicLink and supporting applications and become a point person on system functionally. This position is responsible for process analysis and identifying system requirements to timely and accurately deliver QicLink solutions to the internal and external customers. This position is also responsible for QicLink and other information systems solutions that support efficient and effective work of Claims, Customer Service, Plan Building, Billing, Recovery, Accounting, Client Services, Provider Maintenance, Training/Auditing, Reinsurance and Reporting business units. Per business needs some time will be required in office at the Indianapolis, IN 46250 location and/or Fort Mill, SC 29715 location and occasional travel will be required. 

Systems Analyst Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of QicLink and supporting applications.
  • Timely complete production tasks including but not limited to various data loads and extracts.
  • Troubleshoot QicLink tools, systems, and software and work with QicLink vendor Cognizant to deliver timely and accurate resolution.
  • Participate in resolution of report/data quality issues related to QicLink and supporting applications and data sources.
  • Test and document new or modified QicLink systems solutions.
  • Work with internal and external clientele to make sure all needs are met by the new or improved implemented system.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to provide continual improvement in QicLink systems operations & and overall systems landscape at the company.
  • Evaluate and recommend policies and procedures to management.
  • Rotating on-call responsibilities
  • Other duties as assigned.

Systems Analyst Competencies, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Informatics & Computing or ten years of equivalent Healthcare Insurance experience in a professional business setting.
  • Minimum three years of experience in directly supporting external software applications in the Healthcare Insurance Industry.
  • Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
  • External customer facing experience in a software support environment.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a small team environment.
  • Basic knowledge and experience in SQL.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and blend new and old technical solutions to fit business needs.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Proven track record of achievement in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
