Key Family of Companies is currently seeking a Project Manager at our Indianapolis, IN 46250 headquarters location or Fort Mill, SC 29715 location.  Benefit package included. 

Position Summary: the overriding responsibility of the Project Manager is to plan, manage and oversee projects throughout their entire life cycle, i.e.: Coordinate end to end project management, including: facilitate requirements gathering and documentation, coordination and communication with the various business units, tracking, scenario modeling, information architecture, and adjustments to ensure timely and successful completion of approved projects.

Project Manager Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Communicate with and work along-side Business Units to:

  • Drive project tasks and milestones under tight deadlines.
  • Ensure the highest quality client/user experience.
  • Facilitate discussions as needed among all project stakeholders, and ensure clear and consistent communications with this group.
  • Develop requirements and functional specifications
  • Develop test cases and predict the results from those test cases
  • Develop system and user documentation.
  • Reviews hours estimates and target completion dates for accuracy and challenges hours estimates. Has the overall responsibility for meeting deadlines.
  • Demonstrates ability to work autonomously
  • Perform other work related duties as assigned.

Project Manager Competencies, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • System Design Life Cycle Methodologies to include scope, requirements definition and Requirement Change Requests.
  • Full working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite to include Microsoft Project.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; must be very detail-oriented.
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Project Management or related field is desired.
  • Responds well to questions.
  • Participates in meetings.
  • Writes clearly and informatively.
