RGI, LLC is currently seeking an RGI Office Specialist at our Indianapolis, Indiana 46250 office or Fort Mill, SC 29715 office.

Position Summary: Responsibilities of the RGI Office Specialist include preparing draft proposals and sold case documents for all RGI products, as well as interfacing with internal and external sales representatives to provide sales and service support for the RGI products. The Office Specialist will work in conjunction with all functional areas to manage RGI's internal operational management system (ESL Office) and provide reporting for all RGI product lines including metrics for quote volume, sold cases, and revenue.

RGI Office Specialist Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Includes all functions for the preparation of draft proposals for the RGI product suite.
  • Understanding of all RGI product quoting operations and the ability to serve as a reliable backup in times of excess quote volume.
  • Provide sales support to internal and external sales representatives related to the RGI product suite.
  • Coordinate sold case process between RGI and KBA client relations to ensure accuracy in implementation of all new business.
  • Manage and implement product enhancements for the RGI product suite.
  • Operate reporting and communication of reports during weekly and monthly meetings.
  • Manage the ESL Office product and relationship with the appropriate external vendors.
  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned.

RGI Office Specialist Competencies, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Work requires professional knowledge of a specialized field typically obtained in a Bachelor's Degree program or reinsurance experience in the health insurance industry (3rd party administrator, fully insured or self-insured preferred).
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Well organized and ability to multi-task with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Highly developed oral and written communication skills and the ability to work well with internal and external constituents.
  • Capable of manipulating advanced Microsoft Excel features.
  • Comfortable with online tracking devices.
